AN OASIS WITHIN AN OASIS

La Selva Lake has been conceived as the reinterpretation of the traditional Catalan architecture of the Empordà: La Masía. The Villa is located in one of the most privileged surroundings of the Golf. The plot has an unbeatable orientation to the south and the west, exclusive views of the most important lakes in the area. An environment where the topography is very soft and with an exuberant vegetation dominated by oaks, holm oaks and Mediterranean pines.

The distribution as a traditional Masía has allowed the Villa to colonize the outer space by giving it its own use. It is about creating unique and magical spaces where one does not renounce anything: the comfort of the interior space with the virtue of living outside.

The north side is articulated around a plaza, the reinterpretation of the traditional era. This plaza serves the different accesses that the house has: covered parking area, independent access to the basement and main entrance with spectacular views of the landscape.

The south side of La Villa is related to an infinity pool of more than 155 sqm, this pool merges with the lakes of the horizon becoming a unique whole and becoming part of the landscape. Housing and landscape coexist in this Oasis.

All the main rooms of the house are oriented to the pool, and always in the same spatial sequence: interior space, porch, swimming pool, lakes, golf and nature.
